|Recommended: YesLocation Leasing staff love it — the location and leasing staff here are what brought me here and keep me here Nicole is always quick to respond, super professional and helpful. community is full of good people who mostly keep to themselves in my experience and the grounds are maintained nicely each week. the units could be more updated and modernized, but I have made my apartment home. I have been very happy here and plan to renew another year.

The other residents are kind and respectful. I’m signing for another year because I know it’ll be a place I am happy to come home to.

|Recommended: YesDecent property — Overall, Westchase Apartments are a wonderful complex to live. Upkeep of the property is great and peaceful. Aside from some car break-ins, which the property manager is working to fix, the property is great.
